Welcome to Poli. By using Poli by JOBS THAT SPONSOR LIMITED, you agree to follow these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). If you don't agree with the Terms, please don't use Poli. The services we provide (collectively, the “Services”) include (but may not be limited to) the www.withpoli.com and app.withpoli.com websites.

1. You agree to use Poli only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't break the law or hurt anyone else's rights.
2. If we see that you are breaking the rules, or if we receive reports of behaviour that violate these rules, we can take action (e.g., suspending your account, terminating any subscriptions associated with your account, or permanently banning you from using the application) without any prior notice.
3. You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up for an account and agree to follow all laws and regulations related to data protection and privacy.
4. You are solely responsible for any content or information that you transmit, submit, display, or otherwise make available through the Services.
5. You agree not to sell or transfer any part of your account and not to attempt to reverse-engineer or otherwise deconstruct how any of the Services work. This includes, but is not limited to, hacking, spamming, scraping data, or engaging in any other harmful or unauthorised activities.
6. You agree to pay all amounts owed to us for the Services under any terms policies, or other written or electronic agreement we may have in place. Any failure to maintain valid, up-to-date payment information with our payment processor, Stripe, or to keep your payments current will constitute a material breach of these terms for which we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately and without notice.
7. Poli is not, and will never be, liable for any damages arising out of, or related to, the use of the Services.
8. Poli can make changes to the Terms at any time. If we make important changes, we'll let you know at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the Services after the changes take effect means you agree to the new Terms.
9. The information provided through the Services is, in many cases, based on calculations, estimates, and probabilistic models. While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) the information may contain inaccuracies or errors; (b) we make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through the Services; and (c) any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
